Transactional funding is a loan provided to wholesalers who purchase a property and immediately resell on the same day. This is also referred to as a "Double-closing". The property seller is "Party A” The wholesaler (you) is "Party "B". The end buyer is “Party C”. Funding is used to purchase the property from “Party A“, then the property is immediately resold to “Party C”, and the loan is immediately repaid.
No minimum, and we prefer to begin with new clients with a maximum of $200,000. As we work together on future deals, this can usually be increased on a case by case basis.

No- there are no financial statements or income requirements. We do however ask for information to verify who you are and that you have no outstanding judgments that would affect your title.
We charge a flat 1% fee + $100.
